ETF signal changes
Funds whose technical reading turned over at the last close — moving-average crossings, MACD turns, and RSI entering or leaving overbought and oversold. Each row compares a session with the one before it, so a thinly traded listing is measured against its own previous trade, not a fixed number of calendar days.

How a change is decided
A change is recorded when an indicator crosses its conventional threshold between one stored session and the next — price moving through a moving average, the MACD histogram changing sign, RSI passing 30 or 70. Readings come from closing prices and need at least 120 observed sessions behind them.
A crossing describes what a price has already done, not what it will do next. Information only — not advice.
