The PIF Board of Directors, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved the 2026-2030 strategy on April 15, focused on delivering competitive domestic ecosystems, unlocking strategic assets, and maximizing long-term returns. PIF

A steady path ahead

The strategy marks a natural evolution from rapid growth to sustained value creation, PIF — from building foundations to harvesting returns, and from deploying capital alone to multiplying impact through private sector partnership.

Vision, Strategic, and Financial

The strategy is organized into three portfolios: Vision, Strategic, and Financial. The Vision Portfolio targets six domestic ecosystems: Tourism, Travel and Entertainment; Urban Development and Livability; Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation; Industrials and Logistics; Clean Energy and Renewables; and NEOM. The Strategic Portfolio manages key assets and supports companies in becoming global champions. The Financial Portfolio delivers sustainable returns through diversified global investment.
